Cut off the waters for one and you loose both. Democratic society cannot survive widespread censorship. Its fortunate that censorship in this country has traditionally been confined to sexual images. Even this limited censorship has been more damaging then some of the worst images being censored. How many females grow to hate thier bodies due to this lack of exploration and unexamined dominance of religious thinking on the issue of sex. We tried full political censorship in this country with the alien and sedition acts and our fore fathers nearly lost their liberties for it.
