So in reality we are the creators of our outcomes, and should take responsibility for those beliefs and decisions that we have chosen to attach to or to take part in. When you know that you have chosen to attach to them, you can then realize that you then have the ability to unattach to them, to let them go... let them be on their way. It's as easy as turning on a light switch, going inward and finding out what exactly the accuser and judge actual are is a beautiful thing... its just another way for you to pay attention to what you feel you are lacking.
